Before submitting media
Upload only work you created or are authorised to publish. Confirm permission from photographers, represented people, agencies and other rights holders where required. A social media post is not automatically a publication licence.
Submit a notice
Use the Report content link on the relevant page or the Contact page. Identify the URL, the protected work or personal interest, the requested action, your contact details and a good-faith explanation. We may request evidence of identity, authority or ownership.
Review process
We may temporarily restrict content during review, notify the submitting account, request counter-evidence, correct credits or remove material. Repeated infringement or fraudulent notices may result in account action.
