Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your login details and be at least 18 to manage a creator account. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend access that presents a security, impersonation or policy risk.

Profiles and claims

A profile may be created editorially from authorised submissions or verifiable public professional information. Claiming a profile does not automatically mean identity verification. Claims are reviewed and may be rejected or reversed when evidence is insufficient or disputed.

Your content and licence

You keep ownership of content you own. By submitting content for publication, you confirm that you have the required rights and permissions and grant Ceylon Scene a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, resize, display, promote and distribute that content through Ceylon Scene and its official channels for as long as it remains published. You may request removal, subject to lawful records and dispute handling.

Credits and accuracy

You must credit contributors accurately and must not impersonate another person, invent experience, misuse verification labels or publish private contact information without permission. Editorial corrections may be made when reliable evidence is provided.

Prohibited use

• Copyright infringement, stolen portfolios or unauthorised private media.
• Harassment, exploitation, scams, deceptive booking offers or unlawful discrimination.
• Sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate content or content promoting abuse.
• Malware, automated scraping that harms the service, spam or attempts to bypass security.

Editorial decisions and availability

Submission does not guarantee publication, ranking, verification, bookings, advertising approval or commercial results. We may edit, decline, label, restrict, archive or remove material to protect quality, safety, rights and compliance.
